Management Team

Dr. Bhal Tulpule, President, retired from United Technologies Corporation (UTC) after 25 years of service in the aerospace field. Since then he has worked on multiple SBIR programs where he was the Principle Investigator. During his tenure in UTC, he was responsible for most aspects of Flight Control systems including architecture, design including Redundancy management, testing and verification.

During his tenure at the Sikorsky Aircraft Division of UTC, he was the Program Manager and Principal Investigator for multiple Government and internal R&D programs for next generation distributed architectures and products for control and on-board diagnostics systems.

His work at the UTC Research Center involved the development of alternate concepts for future generations of the FADEC architecture. Prior responsibilities in UTC involved the development of Flight Control Computer Systems for Sikorsky Hawk series of helicopters as well as Apache Longbow, YF-23 and the JSF demonstrator prototype.

Dr. Tulpule received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Universityof Connecticut. He has published 10 papers and holds 20+ patents on various aspects of fault tolerant computer architectures, Redundancy Management and flight control systems.
